Using this website

Engagements
Client work is governed by the individual proposal or agreement for that engagement — scope, timelines, pricing and deliverables are defined there. Where an agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement wins.
aiH Mark, our measurement platform
aiH Mark is our proprietary AI-visibility platform. It measures how often — and how accurately — AI answer engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot and Google AI Overviews) mention a brand, then helps diagnose why and track change over time. Access to aiH Mark is provided as part of an engagement or subscription, and each client's data is held in its own isolated workspace — one client can never see another client's data.
How aiH Mark collects data
aiH Mark gathers AI-engine answers through documented, paid provider APIs and — only with the client's explicit, recorded consent — through a browser extension that captures what the client's own logged-in browser actually displays. Consent can be revoked at any time, and revoking it stops those captures immediately. An optional tracking pixel used to connect AI visibility to real inquiries is likewise consent-gated: without consent, nothing is recorded. Captured content is used to measure and report for that client; it is never republished or shared outside the client's workspace.
Client responsibilities
Where a client connects their own accounts or installs the capture extension, the client confirms they have the authority to do so and accepts the terms of those third-party AI services. Consumer AI services set their own rules for automated access, and capturing answers from a logged-in account carries a residual risk — outside our control — that the service may restrict that account. Provider API keys remain the client's own where applicable, and clients are responsible for the accuracy of the brand, competitor and website information they give us to measure.
Plans, usage and retention
Subscriptions and plans set usage allowances (such as answers measured, prompts, workspaces and seats) and a data-retention window. The retention window applies as a read horizon on client-facing views — how far back dashboards and reports reach — and is separate from the privacy-driven deletion commitments in our Privacy Policy. Usage that exceeds a plan's allowance may be paused or require a plan change, as set out in the engagement agreement.
Ownership
Unless an agreement says otherwise, the assets we build for a client — content, schema, models and integrations — belong to that client on final payment. Our pre-existing proprietary platform, aiH Mark, including its measurement methods, scoring and reporting machinery, remains ours. The reports, exports and results produced for a client through aiH Mark are that client's to keep and use.
Results and estimates
AI search engines change constantly and are outside anyone's control. We measure and report honestly — including confidence intervals and clear labels where a sample is too small to read — but specific citation-share figures are examples of past results, not guarantees of future ones. Attribution of traffic or revenue to AI engines is directional: a meaningful share of AI-driven visits carries no referrer, so we present it as a signal, not proof.
Confidentiality
Brand strategies, measurement data, reports and business information shared in either direction during an engagement are treated as confidential and used only to deliver that engagement, unless an agreement says otherwise or disclosure is required by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, aiH Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website, of aiH Mark, or of measurement results — including decisions made on the basis of estimates. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our products evolve. The "last updated" date above shows the current version; material changes affecting active engagements will be communicated directly to those clients.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, unless an engagement agreement provides otherwise.
