What we collect

When you contact us — through the form on this site, by email, phone or WhatsApp — we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, company, what you're interested in, and your message. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare your free AI baseline, and — if you become a client — to deliver the work. We never sell your details, and we never share them with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it's processed

Our contact form is delivered through Formspree, which processes submissions on our behalf so they reach our inbox. Email and project files are held with mainstream providers under their standard security practices.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and any follow-on work, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email info@aihsystems.com and we'll take care of it.
